Thanks for choosing StockMarketEye. We do support the Swiss stock market, VTX (SIX Swiss Exchange). For the VTX, you can often just take the "Valor symbol" found on the Swiss Exchange site, add the ".VX" suffix and use that in StockMarketEye. For example, Novartis, is NOVN.VX and ABB is ABBN.VX.

You can also use the StockMarketEye Symbol Search in the upper right-hand side of the StockMarketEye window. The search results here are limited to 10 symbols. This can be a bit limiting, especially when searching for non-US stocks or for stocks that trade on a number of exchanges (like many of the major Swiss companies do). We often recommend going directly to the Yahoo! Finance website and searching there. You can get a complete list of the symbols available and then copy-paste any symbol you find there into StockMarketEye.

Hope this helps!

Hi

I recently bought StockMarketEye. It has many nice features and is very OS X-like. But I am very disappointed that it doesn't support the Swiss stock market (e.g. for global companies such as Novartis (NOV.VX) or ABB (ABB.VX)). As long as the Swiss stock market isn't supported the software unfortunately is useless for me. Therefore, please do add support for the Swiss stock market.

Thanks & best regards, Stephan

Fine update, exactly as promised. Really look forward to further developments. Thanks for the great service!

Providing a forum for suggested features / bugs etc would be useful. Users could potentially help each other out, reducing your workload?
