Installing StockMarketEye on Windows


Install

  1. Download the 'setup' file to your hard drive. The downloaded file is called StockMarketEye-2.4.2-Setup.exe.
  2. When the download has finished, double click on the downloaded file to start the installation.
  3. Follow the instructions in the installer window. During the installation process, you will be asked to agree to our End User License Agreement.
  4. When the installation is complete, you can run StockMarketEye from the 'StockMarketEye' menu or from the shortcut on the desktop (if you choose to install the shortcut).
    • 7/Vista/XP/2000/NT: Start -> All Programs -> StockMarketEye -> StockMarketEye

Notes

  • The default installation location is C:\Program Files\StockMarketEye.
  • Installation was tested under Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

  • Vista: Installing in Windows Vista may require user rights escalation. Please enter an administrator username and password if requested.
  • Vista: On Windows Vista, after the installation is completed, you may see a windows that says "This program might not have installed correctly." You can safely ignore this message and select "This Program installed correctly" in the Program Compatibility Asistant.

Uninstall

To uninstall StockMarketEye, open the Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel. Then select StockMarketEye from the list and select Uninstall.

Follow the instructions in the uninstaller window. When it has finished, click the 'Quit' button.
