One Login to Rule Them All: StockMarketEye Introduces a New All-in-One Log-In Process

We are excited to announce that we are implementing a new login process for StockMarketEye. This new process will make it easier for you to sign in to your account and will also improve the security of your account.

What to Expect

This new login process will have a greater effect on new users than on current users that already have an account with StockMarketEye. Please read below for more information.

NEW USERS: For any new user, the process will now require that they register for a StockMarketEye account when they download the software. Once registered, this will be the login information used throughout any and all processes to do with the app.

You will still use your own personal brokerage log-in information when importing and updating your portfolio data.

CURRENT USERS: Current users that already have a StockMarketEye account do not need to go through this process again. There may be one thing you need to do when we implement this new process:

Re-Authenticate your account inside the desktop app. Simply follow the second part of the How To process down below — it will take you less than 5 minutes to complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We believe that the new login process is a valuable improvement to StockMarketEye.

Benefits of the New Login Process

There are several benefits to using the new login process.

Increased security: Having a single login for all of your StockMarketEye accounts makes it more difficult for unauthorized users to access your information.
Convenience: Having a single login means you only have to remember one username and password, which can save you time and hassle.
Simplicity: A single login makes your experience with StockMarketEye more streamlined and easy to use.

Steps to Creating Your Login

There are two main processes that need to be done in order to fully create and verify your accounts when using this new system.

Download the Desktop Application

When you click the “Download” button on our website, you will be redirected to our New Login screen.

The initial choice of your device’s platform (Mac, Windows, Linux) will be saved, and the right correct of the app will be downloaded once the login is completed.

Our application will check if you’re already logged in. If you are, you’ll have the choice to continue with your current account or log in with a different one.

Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll be redirected back to the account screens.

At this point, the desktop application you selected will automatically start downloading. If you prefer, you can also manually initiate the download by clicking a button.

Authenticating the Desktop Application

After you download, install, and run the desktop application, we need to verify your account to ensure security and protect your data. Don’t worry; it’s a simple process!

Just click the “Verify Account” button within the application, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll redirect you to our Account screen to complete the verification process.

On the Account screen, we’ll check if you’re already logged in and offer options to continue with your current account or update your email if needed. If necessary, we may redirect you to a login or signup page to complete the process.

Once you’ve successfully logged in and verified your account, our desktop application will receive a confirmation that you are authenticated.

We securely store this information to keep you logged in and protect your data.
