StockMarketEye 4.2.2 Released

We are proud to announce the release of StockMarketEye 4.2.2 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

This release focuses on stability and compatibility following our v4.2 release.

  • Allow overriding the autobkup location.
  • Set the “Currency Options” section of the transactions window to be open by default.
  • Fix an issue with fullscreen mode on OSX High Sierra.
  • Fix a startup issue with very large amounts of data.
  • Fix an issue with the Ann.TR% calculation.
  • Fix for the TTM Dividend and Yield columns.
  • Fix several display issues on Linux.

    After upgrading to 4.2.1 and 4.2.2
    My Andriod App cannot sync
    “Syncronization Failed…”

    I notice that for the umpteen time, the fundamental data is once again not available anymore.

    You should really start looking for a free alternative to the yahoo fundamental data API, that is constantly changing it’s setup.

    Reuter, bloomberg, FT, morningstar, etc are all providing the same fundamental data, and probably are much more stable data resource provider than the yahoo’s at Yahoo.

    The sync problem with the android app is a known issue. We are working on finding a solution.

    An update to the Android app has been released. It should appear in the Google Play store soon.
